With over 30 years of industry experience, we specialize in the manufacturing and export of a wide range of non-ferrous castings, includes Copper Casting, Gun Metal Casting, Bronze Casting, Brass Casting, Aluminium Bronze Casting, Phosphorus Bronze Casting, Leaded Bronze and various other copper alloy grades.
Our components serve a diverse array of industries, including pumps, gearboxes, fire-fighting equipment, sugar and cement industries, copper wire manufacturing, and even nuclear applications.
Advanced Machining & Manufacturing Capabilities
Fully Machined Components
We provide drilling, milling, grinding, and taper turning to deliver ready-to-use components as per customer specifications.
Casting Capacity
We handle pouring castings from 100gm 1000 kg per piece and centrifugal casting for gears, rings, and bushes up to 200 kg per piece in various grades.
State-of-the-Art Infrastructure
Our gas-fired pit furnaces and Induction furnace have a total melting capacity of 1300 kg, allowing efficient production of small bushes, bearings, and other components.
We manufacture components in ISI, BS Standard, ASTM Standards, and some other -compliant materials, including White Metal, Phosphorus Bronze, Gun Metal, Lead Bronze, LG2, Brass, and other many copper alloy grades and Aluminium, and provide test certificates to guarantee quality.
