Melting
Our melting facility is equipped with six gas-fired furnaces, ranging in capacity from 20 kg to 1000 kg. This diverse range allows us to handle both small and large production runs efficiently. Additionally, we have three induction furnace pots, including two with a 150 kg capacity and one with a 500 kg capacity, ensuring controlled and uniform melting for superior-quality castings.
With the capability to manufacture single castings of up to 1000 kg, we cater to a wide range of industrial applications.
Chipping & Fettling
Our chipping and fettling facility ensures smooth, high-quality finishing for all in-house castings. Equipped with advanced machines, we efficiently remove excess material and imperfections, delivering precision and consistency. We maintain a systematic segregation of alloy runners and risers and ensure clean processing.
